How do I make a bead-blaster?

Does anyone have any info on building a bead blaster? I don't have the first clue where to start. Are there plans available, or would it be better to buy one somewhere?

Harbor Freight had/has one on sale for $69.99. Gun, cabinet and all. Don't know how good it is.
