How Do I Make a Kydex Sheath

Hi All,

I made my second knife, and I want to give it to my Dad for Christmas, but I don't know how to make a Kydex sheath. Could someone point me in the right direction for instructions? Thanks for you time!

Don't know about REAL PEOPLE but the way I do it is:

Make a press out of a board and some heavy neopreme. Just glue it on.

Heat the Kydex with a heat gun.

Place the Kydex over the knife and put both on a board flat.

Press.
