How do i make a thread or someting to display my knvies for sale?

hi there older folks that know this thread a lot better than me:) I was looking at posting a,,, erm? ahhh... ad? I guess you can call it. in the Canadian knife exchange area. but I could not figure out how to actually do that and show off the knives I have for sale so people can see what tasty knives I wanna sell off or trade? ANY HELP ANYONE!?!?!?! im so lost

You need a minimum Gold membership to post a sale or trade thread in the Canadian exchange.
A Knifemaker membership to sell what you have made or embellished or a Dealer membership if you sell for profit.

Once you pay for your membership, go back to Paid Subscriptions to see when it takes effect. PayPal costs more and takes longer to go through. Credit card payments are automated.

Then go to Settings (upper right)
then to Permission Groups (left side)
then select your correct membership level.

I suggest browsing the FEEDBACK forum at the top of the Exchange, especially the stickies, for problems to watch out for. Browse the forums you are most likely to post in or buy from:, Dealer, Knifemaker, or Individual, to see how members communicate.

The long and short is that you have to have a paid membership to sell. You can have a free account and buy, but you can't sell without a paid membership.
