How do I use the "Bump" feature, to bring my ad to the front page again

I believe after 48 hrs I can have my for sale item brought to the top again. Do I go to Edit post, then add bump, or how do I go about it.

The rules have changed quite a bit. "Bumping" no longer works as it did before.
