How do spyderco get the knives super sharp out the factory? how are they sharpened?

Well, the Umpaloompas in Golden deserve a raise.:thumbup:

I just got an Embassy and Citadel and both were as they say almost "scarey sharp". At any rate sharpest factory knives I've ever handled.

A raise!? Do you know how many cocoa beans spyderco already has to ship in to satisfy them?

The vid wont play for me but I know belt grinder is one step, then the microbevel is done on a buffer iirc
