How do these companies sell everything?

I'm not really sure what your question is, but I'll try to answer.

If you're asking "how can all these companies sell knives at such different prices", the answer is pretty simple. Retailers are free to sell at whatever price they want. If buyers are buying, the price is good for the seller & buyer - a perfect price point.

Add to that the fact that most of what is sold at those sites is junk that they can buy from overseas manufacturers/distributors for about $1 each. When you can buy wholesale at $1 each, you have a lot of room for pricing to market. Will people buy it at $2? $5? $10? $30?...

You'll find that except for sales & closeouts, real name brand goods are priced more competitively.
