Actually it's only once you are debt free that you can really feel free and you'll get the most out of your money as well.

Haha! I know you make bank....Ive seen those fancy smancy blueprints in your truck! .........![]()
I felt really free the first time the glories of unending debt opened up to me.
It's all about if you worry about things or not; I don't.
If I worried about debt I wouldn't have gone to university, got all these cool knives, or done anything, pretty much.
Debt is less serious than death...and I don't worry too much about that either.
(and if you die before paying off your debt, you win! :thumbup![]()
I do make bank! Just finished up a Chase last year![]()
Too each his own, but it does cost you more to service your debt.

Frugality (driving the same Nissan I purchased new in 1990 - still with many miles to go); savings; wise investments (mutual funds/stocks/other collectables, including knives -they damn near all increase in value if you buy smart!)...and time. At age 63 I can afford to indulge in some of the finer things in life. Hate to preach, (yes, I do), but be smart, young people. This society is set up for you to increase your wealth. If you don't, you are either foolish or incredibly bad-luck snake-bit. Good luck, Jim.
I guess I live in a different society... wages are stagnant and the cost of living is on the rise. Taxes are on the rise, natural gas and electricity are being raised. I feel like the system is doing its best to keep people poor.

From what I was just reading, the majority of Canadians are feeling something similar to you.
My advice?
Don't worry about it, and get some more knives.![]()

You make more money as you get older and that's a fact.
Eh, my student debt is about 50 thousand dollars and doesn't even necessarily have good career path afterward.
If I were going to worry, I'd probably worry about that.![]()
