How do you carry/draw your bali?

I use WinNT4.0 and Windows media player. Upon downloading the CODECS required, I ran the video .. but now it has been 3 times that my PC went into blue screen dumping to harddisk and then restart. By the way, I have the SP6A installed for the WinNT

Anyone expert enough to tell me what happened?

Tryin to revive a dead post here...

Mcmahan - nice vid!

Does anyone know what Clay is talking about here with Kadeshi? Also, does anyone have that vid that Clay is talking about. I'd like to see how this actually looks on video as opposed to my mental interpretation, which is probably all wrong, of Clay's description.

Lastly, for anyone with one of Clay's Kydex sheath's, what is the best place to carry it, keeping in mind tightness of the sheath around the bali, belt loops, horizontal movement on the belt, etc. I have the problem of my bali getting "stuck" in the sheath because it is so tight and also the sheath slides on my belt while I'm trying to pull the knife. I carry it in the back horizontally, just above my right pocket.

Suggestions & explanations are very welcome.

I personally carry my deluxe sheath on left front side in a crossdraw position (not the best tactically since my right hand has to cross in front of my body but who cares). I really like this draw postion it's quick and works is comfortable when sitting (even in a car).

Also if you sheath is to tight for your comfort (mine fit my 42as fine but was to tight for my 43) just get a lighter or candle and heat up both sides of the sheath with it then fit the bali in there and let cool. If that is still to tight then heat it again but this time as it cools draw and resheath the knife until it is fully cooled. I just did this the other day and now I have no problems at all.

Hope this helped.

It's a wrist lock throw from Aikido. Don't try it without instruction, but it goes something like this: grab the wrist and turn it to the outside, and they flip themselves over. There are innumerable variations, it is more like a general term for any technique working on that principle (or so my understanding of it goes).
