How do you carry your PM2?

In the street I carry my knives in my pocket, at work I carry mine clipped to my back pocket tip down.

I have actually been carrying it tip-down which is how it came. I actually just changed it to tip-up since I prefer and carry all my knives that way. We will see how I like it, it definitely feels different; one thing I noticed for me at least is that it doesn't carry as deep in the pocket as it did tip-down. Overall, I do kind of like it, I will give it some more time before I really make up my mind on how I want to keep it.

If I carry a knife in my pant pocket, I prefer tip up, because it's more natural if the knife is positioned that low on your person. However, if I carry the knife in a pocket that is a bit higher up, like some sort of jacket pocket, tip down is perfect.

I also always carry my G-10 Byrd Robin tip down, because I like to Spyder drop it.

I carry mine tip down. I'm used to the Millie being tip down, so it just feels right. Also, the Para 2 looks very awkward/unsightly with the clip set for tip up. There's other knives I prefer tip up, the the Para is not one of them.

Tip up, right front pocket. When I grab it and pull it out, knife is already in my hand in the right position, thumb is near the hole. So, it just works.

Just got mine. Been fine with it tip down in the back right pocket. Usually do tip down, back right for longer handles, and tip up in the right front for shorter, wider handles.

I've had my PM2 for about a month now and it's quickly become one of my favorite knives. I carry it tip-up in the right front pocket along with my cell phone. As previous posters have mentioned, I also dislike the contact I have to make with my knife every time I retrieve my cell phone but it's better than having to remove it from my back pocket every time I'd like to take a seat.

Carrying it tip up or tip down depends on your personal preference. Whatever you're most comfortable with. I happen to carry mine tip up.

Tip up. To me, it seems to put the weightiest part of the knife (the pivot and the wider, heavier end of the blade) into my pocket and feels more balanced -- that's my main reason. It also puts the blade up against the side of my pocket away from my hand. The detent on my PM2 is very pronounced, so it's not as big of a deal, but with other knives with a weaker closing bias, I want that blade away from my fingers should it decide to wiggle free a bit.

Tip up, just like all my carry knives. I like it that way, I don't have to think about how it is positioned or train for fast deployment.

Definitely tip down. I carry in my left front pocket and this keeps the spine of the blade against the seam for safety.
