just curious, some people carry their knives in there back pocket, front L or R , neck, appendix , or back pockets. maybe even your ankles.
i just recently started carrying appendix like X4CTO, off to a slant so it does not stick you when you bend down. so how do you carry?

Not at work I carry a fiddleback Bushboot in my front right pocket. Leatherman charge tti in front left and leatherman micra on my keychain. At work a tops fdx on my external armor chest pocket. Microtech socom elite and leatheman charge tti clipped to the kangaroo pouch on the vest. Bushboot in front right cargo pocket.

Typically FR pocket for me- if it's a folder. If it's a fixed it goes R hip. I don't care if anyone sees it or not. I only carry 2 knives if the main is pricie. Then a small slip joint goes in the FR or FL.

FR for folder. Right hip for fixed. When in the woods sometimes put the fixed on left strap of pack. Some big folders either BR pocket or on belt right hip.

RF pocket folder, R Hip fixed, in or strapped to backpack if hiking w/large heavey blade. SAK always on the keyring

Head held up, eyes forward. Confident stride.... :D

Watch pocket.

pocketknives; front pocket in blue jeans, back pocket in 'docker' type work pants.
if im carrying a machete i keep it in my hands or tucked under an armpit.

I don't usually carry a knife every day. The exception is when I'm outdoors camping, fishing, and what not.

When I am outdoors I'm most often wear pants or shorts with cargo pockets. And I carry a swiss army style pocket knife in the right cargo pocket (i'm right handed).

Yeah, I don't clip my knives on. The one that I pick for that day rides in my strong arm side front pocket along with a SAK classic. but then I carry a Leatherman New Wave left knife pocket. Then I have more in my backpack when I have it.

Main blade is clipped to my front, right pocket. Usually tip-up, but I have some that are tip-down. SAK is also in front, right pocket. Just got a little pocket clip to attach to the keyring on the SAK, so trying that out right now.

what does it matter how anybody here carry a knife? tip up, here and there, what does it matter?

This is a knife forum... how does it not matter?

Front Right, Tip up.
Gun: 3 O'clock
Flashlight: Front Left
Leatherman Juice S2: Back Left

When I carry one knife, I clip it inside my waistband on my right hip, usually either right before or right after my rightmost belt loop depending on the pants. If I'm carrying a second, typically smaller knife, it's clipped in the outside corner of my right back pocket.

I also only carry folders, but in the rare occurrence that I carry a fixed blade, depending on the size, it's on my belt either horizontal at 6 o'clock or slanted at 3 o'clock. If it's small enough it goes in my right front or right back pocket.

Also, folders are always tip up. I'm rather particular about how I carry things.

folder in my front right pocket and a small fixed blade in a sharpshooter pocket sheath...back right pocket.
