I always have a small SAK on my keychain and I carry my keys loose in RFP. Anything else will depend on what I choose to carry that day...
Slip-joint or clipless folder: left front pocket.
Clipped folder: usually right front pocket or occasionally waistband (just behind right hip)
Small fixed: horizontal, front left hip (roughly 11 o'clock position)
Large fixed (belt sheath): left hip, cross-draw.
