How do you do this?

Hey fellas. I was wondering if someone could help me out. Im trying to figure out how you get the curved plungline on a blade. See picture for example.

I really like that look but so far i have not had any luck pulling it off. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Two ways:
1) use a disc grinder
2) turn the blade as you grind the plunge
