how do you edit thread title?

You should have the option at the top under "Thread Tools" to edit the thread
 
I only have the option to
show printable version
email this page
subscribe to this thread
and close thread
 
Ok, then go to your post, click the edit button, and edit the title in there. See if that works.
 
Click on the "Go Advanced" Button. Next to "Post Quick reply".
You should see the box for editing your thread title at the top.

And if none of those work, just report your post asking that the title be changed to "such and such".

One of the resident knuckleheads (myself included) will be glad to lend a hand. ;)
 
did what karda asked me to but it edits this posts title only not the original

Go to your original post(post #1,the thread starter)

click the edit tab,then click 'go advanced'(it's between save & cancel)

Then you will see your original thread title above your post.You can edit it from there.
