How do you get that orange peel look on titanium?

I used to do it on a 1x30 belt sander with a scotchbrite type belt.

I haven't tried a wire wheel like Brian suggested, so I can't comment there....but I do know that a scotchbrite belt will do the trick:thumbup:

Anyone care to divulge the entire process? What finish do you take the TI to before going to the wire brush or scotchbrite, and how do you apply the final finish?

Maybe I just need to go mess around with some TI in the shop...
