How do you guys clean/polish your 110s/112s

Looks really good, obsessed!!!!

I stated above that I use Brasso but that is the last step. I use the buffing wheel on my grinder with black buffing compound for the start on a bad knife and white compound for the last step on the buffing wheel. After a good cleaning and sharpning then it is Brasso time.

Thanks.

My 'project' on my 112 was sort of an experiment for me. I hadn't taken it quite to that level before, with the sandpaper & Dremel, etc. Might've been a little overkill there, but I felt like I learned a good bit from it.

By the looks of it it was a very sucessful experiment.

Thank you.

I'd read a lot of other posts here on BF, over time, on the subject of using sandpaper for refinishing/polishing/sharpening knives. So, the concept had been percolating in my head for a good while. I'd thought a lot about it ahead of time. So, the question from the other member kind of set it all into motion. It sort of confirmed, to me, the quality of the advice that can be found here on BF.

Just one more reason I'm glad I signed up here. I've learned a LOT. :)

One a real messed up knife I have been known to start with some 320 grit sandpaper to get out the serious marks on the brass. Then it is off to the buffing wheel for the rest of the minor dings.

I use Neverdull, works good enough for me.Though it does'nt compete with Dave and the dremmel.
