How do you guys think of these things?

This is one that is a bit to left field. But if you like knives and have a sense of humor it would be for you. This one is sold but it makes you wonder what Cliff will come up with next.

That is a really wonderful knife. I love mosaic damascus and the anodized liners, thumb stud and blue mammoth ivory go great together.

Terrill - thanks for posting the pic. Visiting with Cliff is always a highlight for me either at Blade or the S.E. Custom Knife Show, knives like the dog damascus one make me stop and admire his beautiful work all around.

Cliff told me that this special damascus was the result of a bet between him and his daughter. She had a card that had a caricature (sp?) of a dog, and she thought that he could not duplicate the dog's face in damascus. Undaunted, Cliff went to the shop and proved her wrong

IIRC this is the exact same knife that earned Cliff the award for the Best Damascus at the recent SECK Show.
