How do you insert image

One one of my posts, I was able to insert an image and it worked. Now when I try to add an image using the "add image" icon it doesn't work it just adds for example --->
sleeve1.JPG


and does not add the actual image in the post.
 
To be able to post an image directly from your computer you have to be a paying member (just one of the perks).

You can upload the image to a photo hosting site (photobucket, imgur, ect) and then copy and paste the IMG link that is provided. It's very simple. I still use this method.
 
This example (

) is not posting directly from my PC. The image is located on a website. Scratching my head because on an earlier post, I used the "add image" icon, used the url of where the image was located and it worked and now its not working. Guess I'll try photobucket and see if that works.
