How do you like my new rifle?

Nobody can answer my question about the bolt on the M-N?

I have not heard that before, but it isn't a pleasant thought- getting killed would ruin my day. I would also like to know this. Perhaps a new thread on the subject would get better results?

well i live in Belgium, Europe. The MN and some other types of collectable historical rifles are on a almost forgotten list of "guns for gunracks". (so is the enfield .303 british)

You can saw back a rifle barrel, but not a shotgun, for no apparent reason whatsoever

Is there any restriction at all regarding modification of "gunrack" rifles? For example, reducing the OAL to under 16" so it'd fit under the front seat of your car?

Fuller I've never heard of that. I did a lot of research on mine after I got it on various MN sites and never saw that mentioned. Do you have the name and author of the book?
