I reckon it would, thats one of the joys of cooking, experimenting. The vinegar just adds a little acidity to the pallet. You can substitute sardines for the tuna if they are your go, but I prefer Tuna. Sometimes I will use freshly chopped corriander instead of parsly, this is my Thai style hangover cure.Originally Posted by BOK
