I reckon it would, thats one of the joys of cooking, experimenting. The vinegar just adds a little acidity to the pallet. You can substitute sardines for the tuna if they are your go, but I prefer Tuna. Sometimes I will use freshly chopped corriander instead of parsly, this is my Thai style hangover cure.
 
Cannot eat that stuff inthe can. Got sick on it when I was a kid, and no f'n way.

But, give me raw anytime. Esp. Toro, yum. Toss in a side of Unagi, and this fatboy is happy as anything.... :D :cool:
