It's easy: That little icon on the posting windows with the globe and the chain link.

1st: Copy whatever URL Link you wish to insert.
2nd: Highlight the word, or sentence, you wish to point to this URL.
3rd: Click this icon, and paste your URL. (It will supply the http://prefix. Be careful not to duplicate this.)

Done. It looks like this.
