how do you organize drill bits

i have a few indexed boxes and i keep the most used 2 or 3 right on the bench (odd ball or larger for tapping float in drawer)

I use something like this:

I use a cheap plastic box with moveable dividers. Basically an insert box for a tackle bag aka tackle box. A flip top takle box would work well too.
