I have the terrible feeling that the guy in red will appear soon (not Santeh Claws).

If not Santa, who can it be in red:confused:

Perhaps, Mario? WOO-HOO, Da Da De Ra Da Da.....

It is good to know how to pronounce the name of the Company that you are asking for.

Bus-See

Inn-Fee

Bank-Rupt-See

They are popular with certain groups of knife users that feel inadequate in certain respects. So they buy one of these to make up for their "short" comings.

This comment reminds me of the many times when I'm taking pictures using my 600 f/4 lens with a 2x teleconverter (this lens set-up is about as long as my arm and thicker than my thigh at the distal end) and rude people walk up to me and ask me whether I'm using this lens to try to compensate for something. I always answer, "Yes, I'm compensating for subject distance."

Anyway... Yep, I buy my Busse knives because of the many respects in which I feel inadequate, and to make up for my shortcomings. For example, my teeth and nails are too short to make effective tools for many of my cutting needs. My bones are too brittle, and too poorly leveraged for hard prying and chopping. And none of my body parts are razor sharp. So I try to compensate by using a knife which is well suited to the tasks which my body, alone, is not.

It's terrible, isn't it? ;)

But at least I don't feel so inadequate that I try to make up for my shortcomings through troll posts on a knife forum. :p

I've found that most folks also mispronounce Teva (teh-vah) and Rapala.

It's Bus-E, no bloody A, B, C, or D!

Climb aboard at your own risk. Sheeple need not apply.

It's Bus- ee........... or you may to try this:

1 bottle dry red wine
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/4 cup Triple Sec
2 oranges, sliced
2 limes, sliced

Combine all ingredients except sliced fruit in a large bowl or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours or overnight. Fill a large pitcher with ice; add sliced fruit, then pour in sangria over fruit and ice. Makes 5 servings (5 cups)
without ice.
