How do you radius a contact wheel?

Can anyone tell me the best way to put a radius on the corners of my 10" contact wheel?

Shawn,
Might depend on the type grinder.
I run the belt some off the wheel on one side and use a bastard file to radius the opposite side, then vice versus. Helps eliminate those dreaded 2" marks.

Anyone ever tried using a carbide tipped raduis bit in a router? You'd have to make a couple passes but I think it would work. I'm gonna try it. Just can't seem to get both sides near the same with a file.

Just watch getting the file caught between the belt and the wheel!!!!!
