How do you remove stripped screws?

3rd wound hit the nail on the head. If you are going to be taking apart your knives, and I do mine, you need to get a good set of tools. I've had several different brands of Torx's and the best set I have found and the one I currently use is by Wiha, a West Germany company. On cheaper brands when you get down to T6, T5, and lower the cheap ones will break or worse yet round off. The better tools will not be cheap but they pay for themselves over a period of time.

Right tools are all the difference! I bought the Benchmade "Blue Box" which had all of the bits I needed. After about a month of light use, I had twisted almost all of the bits (esp the T6) and stripped 3 screws. The funny thing is that I realize how fragile these tiny screws are, so I almost never over tighten. I guess Benchmade just uses cheap steel? At any rate, I bought a craftsman with a T5-10 and it works wonders.
