How do you secure your valuables?

I have several safes that are located in different peoples houses for other valuables but have so many knives at home that I'll have to accept they'll go up in flames if the house burns down.
 
Secret panels for me. ( Only tell one trusted person )

Burglars are in a hurry (unless I turned one into an amputee) , and don't spend a lot of time looking around. Besides, that's what insurance is for.
