How do you sharpen your EDC?

I use a Black Arkansas Stone for touch ups and them strop on my bare leather strop. I try to maintain a 20 degree angle.
 
All my knives get sharpened the same way these days--freehand on ceramic. DMT diamonds if aggressive edge thinning is needed, then ceramic. Sometimes a strop.

What angles? Dunno. Don't care. Whatever they are, they're sharp.
