How do you store your knife collection?

if i didnt have a kid, my knives would be stored excalibur style in the oak coffee table. take that raymour and flannigan

Like Tactical45, I used the cigar box method for my folders, until recently, when my collection outgrew it(what a great day that was!). I am currently working on some sort of shelf/pegboard hybrid design to hold and display my folders and fixed blades both. Trying to come up with something modular/expandable, if possible. Hopefully, I will have it designed and built in the next few weeks. I will post pics when I finish, if it is worthy.

I don't really have a "collection" per say any more. Gave most of mine away years ago. Now I only have constant users.
