How do you store your knives?

My collection has grown, and until recently I kept my knives in the Maratac case that I got free when I bought my Marathon GSAR watch from countycomm. nice fleece interiorwith a nylon outer. I would just put it in the gunsafe. I've now outgrown that by quite a bit, so I'll pick a weeks worth of edc blades and keep them in my bedside drawer. I need to find a secure way to display my collection, but that is a issue because if I can see it, so can a thief.
