This confrontational attitude is why this forum has been in a turmoil for the last few weeks (well, months)

Troubles elsewhere are noted through the entire forum, you cant really run away from it and expect a clean start.

Take the heat, learn from it, and sit tight, It will blow over if your sincere about starting over. There's a lot of members here and elsewhere who have done just that.

If you continue to be combative, it wont end well, in my nearly ten years of floating around here and elsewhere, I've never seen it come out in a good manner.

The original "help" that caused the issue was not any form of sincere help but just a back handed way of elluding to what has aleady been worked over. Sorry if I dont just lie down and take it.

I do appreciate sincere efforts to help, like yours, and most others.
 
there in lies the problem, no one is following you. The thread in question was started in another forum yes, but by a regular member here. Thus, we get wind of it here. Thus, you are getting flack here. Its a trickle down theory.

Back on topic, I was hoping to get a blue handled KZ2 like I saw in someome's pic. I guess they only come with clack and you have to send them to the custom shop for that? What does a handle swap cost usually?

Berak, the CG KZII's came with different coating and handle options. One is currently being offered at www.bussecombat.com. I don't know if the blue/black G-10 handle option will be offered again, but it might.

Limited Edition Busse knives are usually only offered in one combo and are numbered. This LE will be satin with black paper micarta only. As for a handle material switch, that is a question best answered by someone at Busse and not by me. :)

I think the one you are talking about is the blue/black with serrated spine in lui kangs sale thread, that's actually a Test team zilla blank that was worked on by the custom shop

Thanks all. Ill have to get a KZ2 even though it was not in my plans to ever get a Khukari knife. I guess I saw the movie "Book of Eli" too recently, lol.

Looks like Ill go with the all black theme and consider swapping them out in the future if the whim hits me. The black or blue and satin blades all look awesome. Looking forward to them.

These (I have a BWM LE on order) will be my first Busse knives and in fact the first knife I ever bought that was more than $100. But I do my research and these look to be some the best that money can buy within reason (somewhat, lol).
