The OP is insinuating purposeful deception is going on by saying "BladeHQ lied!!", I hardly think they are lying. I do know that they have had many, many typos on their website in the past. Easiest thing to have done is simply email the store or PM them. They've been wrong before, and this might be another example. Another viable explanation is that Boker made a huge run of these and they were split between 2 or more dealers. Not unheard of for dealers to sell immovable pieces to another dealer in order to make room on the shelves for something else. Again, I did not say anyone was illiterate, just the way I was reading it seemed pretty clear. Thanks for the extra jab, appreciate it.
 
Along the lines of what Rev said, it could just be that whoever does their website mistakenly included the non exclusive version in the exclusive section along with the smokewash version. Stuff happens. Why do you (OP) assume that they're lying? I don't get it? :confused:
 
We've had two exclusive versions of the Boker Kwaiken, the orange G10 and the carbon fiber with smokewash blade. Hope this clears any confusion.

Also, it looks like we will have more of the carbon fiber in smokewash this week!
