How does JSP LAMINATE leather onto Kydex?

The sheath that JSP makes are superb! But I haven't personally handled a JSP knife before , therefore I can't figure out how does he laminate leather onto Kydex... If anyone of you have an actual JSP, please let me know how does he do it.

Especially those sheath as Alpine Hunter. Does he use one sheet of leather or two? Where is the seen? Is it guled or stitched?
How does the opening of the sheath is designed so the knife don't fall out? Help me out here guys!!!

Does he laminate leather onto kydex or are you talking about a leather sheath that has been rigger coated. Otherwise, that's amazing.

There is no telling. I imagine it is some hi-tech epoxy or something. And yes he does laminate leather to kydex.
