How does the proxy system for Busse knives at shows work?

true, we have actually had trunk shows in reverse going the wrong way on a freeway at 73 miles per hour, and if i was a mod i would busted hammy and stole his infi! but, alas.... we unfortunately survived and went on to max out visa cards at fogo's....
