How durable is the black Cerakote coating on Emerson blades?

I've never owned an Emerson blade with the black blade coating, and would like to know from those with experience how it holds up to normal everyday use? I'm torn between the Stonewashed and black Cerakote.

I like the idea of the added corrosion resistance the black coating offers...but, also understand that the Stonewashed won't show wear over time that the black might??

Very durable but... you know what will happen but man, Emersons look so good used.
