I'm gonna be in Estes 8/4 thru 8/9. Any chance of a Seconds/Closeout/Parking Lot/Grand Opening sale during that time?

I could tell the wife I'm fishing the Little Thompson. That would get me as far as Longmont.

Don't go to Longmont (it's too far east). Take Hwy 36 south through Lyons, along the foothills, switch to Broadway as you enter Boulder, past University of Colorado, to highway 93. That's the Boulder to Golden highway. It's a great drive. Maybe your wife would like to go. You could drop her at the Pearl street mall in Boulder.
