How heavy is you're EDC knife?

Benchmade 710 - 4.5oz. I'm not sure what my Soldier weighs, but it's fairly heavy for its size because of the alox.

That's about the limit of what I'd want to carry since I also have to carry my wallet, keys and cellphone.

I used to be more conscious of the knife weight than I am now. It's not that I don't want a relatively light folder, but it's not the only issue with me anymore. Nowadays, it depends more on how it carries. That being said, most of the ZTs are just too heavy for pocket carry, for me only. However, I'm sure the new ZT 0350 will change that...:D

I no longer have it, but I thought the Blade-Tech Rijbak carries well for a lg. folder. I've since replaced it with a modded Spyderco ATR (Blue/black G-10 non-lock side scale, bead-blasted SS lock-side scale, & a Ti lowrider clip). Not sure of the weight, but I believe it's down to 4 oz. or slightly less (VS 5.4 oz. for a standard ATR).

Of course, I'm always amazed at how well my small classic micarta Seb carries. Carried it to the beach today & didn't notice I had it.

My Strider SnG weighs 4.1 oz (carbon fiber, concealed carry profile)

Strider SMF and a Benchmade 740 Dejavoo. Sometimes a Spyderco Endura. Dont know the wieghts, but they all get rotated.

My Darrel Ralph Trigger is about 3.8 ounces, really too heavy. I think there is no reason for an EDC to be more than 3-3.2 oz. It can be done with a frame lock and 3.25 inch blade.

My William Henry that I carry while running is 1.45 oz. with 3.25 inch blade, and it is not delicate by any means.

Byrd cara cara (5.6oz), S&W stockman(dunno the weight, estimating 3oz), and experimenting with a No.6 Opinel.

Depends on my dress, my activity, or how I feel on a specific day.

My EDC rotation includes:

Strider SMF GG 6.8oz
Emerson HD-7 4.8oz
Emerson CQC-15 5.5oz
CRK Sebenza 3oz
Kershaw OD-1 3.2oz
Kershaw Leek 4oz

You can usually find one of the top 3 folders in my pocket on any given day.

My EDC is a Buck 110. I've never weighed it, but some folks seem to think it's a little heavy. It's nothing compared to the SP-101 in my pocket.

William Henry liner lock, no longer made, blade length=3.25", weight=1.45 oz. None tougher, pound for pound.

I refuse to carry something heavier than a Spyderco Millie (4.25 oz)
lately I've been edc'ing only my FFG Spyderco Pacific Salt (around 2.80 oz)
