2012 started great. On the 4th I received Spyderco Temperance2 and really love it.

I have picked up a Gayle Bradley, para 2 20cp and a G10 UKPK Rescue already this year.

Also getting a Gareth Bull custom soon and got a ZT 560 and KW mili m390 on pre-order.

AND I've just noticed the Southfork is due in Feb and the Gayle Bradley Air in March.

I've been on a tear this year. So far I've added a Spyderco Paramilitary 2, a Ka-Bar Foliage Green Utility/Fighting Knife and I have a Victorinox Cadet Alox on its way. After that one arrives, I'll probably take a break while I buy a few non-knife purchases but its been a good year so far.

No knives so far, but this last friday I nearly died again. I had a siezure, low blood sugar, and my blood pressure droped and they couldn't get it back up for a day. so I had five IV's and a central line in my chest while in ICU. Im ok now, but DAMN that was scary.

But not as bad as January 2 of last year... I was in a coma for two weeks.

WOW! Sorry to hear about that. I'm 55 and this past September I had just pulled into my driveway and was sitting with my truck running as my neighbor was exiting it. Next thing I knew I was on a strecher being loaded into an ambulance. Seems I experienced a grand mal seizure. NEVER had a seizure before. This was, and still is, very scary to me. Dr. at the ER, and nerurologist both said it was idiopathic.

Will definitely keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Knife wise, very well. I picked up a BM mini Ultra-Presidio, a CRKT Ripple 2, and have a BM 13960 and a Ritter mini-grip with custom orange g-10 scales on the way. I am also about to finally overcome the incredibly uneven bevel on my Queen #41 Copperhead. I got it two years ago, and have been having a go at grinding it down with my sharpmaker every few months. Decided I would finally get it sharp, and have been going crazy at it. Sharpened that one side for 4 hours yesterday, and am on hour 2 today. Figure I will get it sometime later today. Time to go clean the stones again lol....

Got a used ESEE 5 in the mail yesterday (perfect condition), and my new Justin King "Practical Field Knife" is in the mail.

Mall-ninja here, just recieved a Cold Steel Gladius machette, Cold Steel Espada Lge G10 and a blue handled Spyderco Endura FFG VG10. Very happy with all three.
