How is a Paramilitary 2 lock supposed to close?

This is typical of all four of my Para 2 besides one. If I flick my black-bladed model it seems to be the smoothest whereas if I open it slowly, the lock tab seems to embed itself further and gets sticky.

The digicam model I just received not only locks up early, it's by far the most buttery smooth out of the four I have.

If the lock sticks just RAM it over! That's what I do on both my para 2s lol both will stick every so often and if it does I just press HARDER. It's not gonna damage or break anything.
