Thank you all for your prayers & well wishes. Please continue to include him. He's doing better, BP stabilized, no further bleeding. They are going to see how he handles being extubated tomorrow (removing his breathing tube). Man, that'll be a really good move forward. At least it feels like it would be to me.

Good news for today, they extubated him (removed the breathing tube). Mom & I visited him this evening for a bit. He seems to be handling it well so far. He's still in the Crit Care Unit. They're continuing to monitor his breathing and his kidney levels. Guess the stroke stressed them a bit. I'm optimistic that we may be headed towards away from the deepest part of the woods. Time will tell.

Thank you for everyone's prayers. Dad decided to make his journey this past Friday afternoon. I know he's in a better place and no longer in pain or a prisoner inside his own body (due to the stroke)... I'd like to ask for continued prayers for my Mom though, she's taking it pretty hard as you could imagine. Thanks again JK crew.

I’m down to the same weight as I was 40 years ago. You lose weight with cancer, but I’ve finally stopped losing weight and have stayed the same for a couple of months now.

I'm getting my lower back fused in Friday so that's pretty sweet. 20yrs airborne Infantry caught up to me lol. Wonder if the nurses will be cool with a jk next to my bed like my bluegill nothing big.

Got a message from my vascular surgeon yesterday saying I need to schedule an ultrasound and some other tests on my legs. They want to be sure I don’t have another aneurysm in either of them like I did in 2021.
