How long before membership activation?

If you are a U.S. resident, you just need to change your membership in the User CP. If you are a non-U.S. resident, you need to give Spark a few days to manually do it. If he doesn't get to it within a handful of days, keep posting here until he notices it.
 
Your membership is active, but you need to change your usergroup display
