With DevilFish I wanted to create a line of knives that focused on performance, ergonomics, and quality control...all while keeping the cost low.
CPM3V blades heat treated by Paul Bos, highly shaped and sculpted handles, beefy enough for hard use but still capable of being a great all around camp knife. I want the knives to be as affordable as possible. The profit margin isn't great, but the knives sure are.
All of the prototypes have vastly exceeded my expectations.
Currently I have a batch in process and will be debuting them at the Blade show. I'll have many prototypes there too; a big chopper, a hunter, camp, and possibly a bolo. POSSIBLY a frame lock (definitely one I made though ).
I have a call in to Spark for a sub-forum on the manufacturer's page too.
