Just two at the moment. Adamas and Contego. Love them both to deth though. I don't have a ton of knives period. But for folders my favorite company is Benchmade.
 
520 and an 800. My wife has a 556.

I want to add a smaller folder like a 556 or 707 to my collection but other than that I don't think I need more than 3.

I have two. A Ritter mini grip and a 940. I really like both very much in fact I had to exercise excessive self-control not to buy the 940-1. I like one other manufacturer better than Benchmade so therefore I have more of the other. I keep my eyes open for Benchmades because they do make very nice production pieces generally. I still can't shake the image of a 940-1 from my mind.

About 40-50 right now although I am really on a 705 kick right now. I used to have more and much more interesting stuff. Some have been sacrificed for the team to take sprint blades and put them on other handles. My EDCs from BM have recently been a 705BW with a M390 707 blade with a zirconium-emerald lanyard bead and shark skin clip case (this has really taken control of the others), a 705 with a ATS-34 blade, Osborne 941TI-01, Shoki CF, 940 in 154, Mini Ritter, Mini Grip (drop point), and a few entry-level and older ATS-34 and 440C models from their earlier days.

My biggest regrets were a 552/558 Numbered Grip family in M2, and an AFCK 800 in M2 marked M2HSS with the reverse highlighting that was show-level quality. :(
