Good to see you on your toes and up to snuff on this topic, Keith. I always knew come de Revolution the Council would have to spare your life. But any trappings or vestiges of your former imperialistic ties will have to go.

Here's a little story about a heathen gathering hosted by some folks with land in Texas. Word hit a small town that there was some kinda new-age tree hugger fest going on, and the local Facist/KKK boys got a buncha beer, some guns, and piled into pickups to go bash heads...When they got there, they found a bunch of armed folks who (once they saw the hoods and such) seemed to grow more heavily armed with each moment. They slowed down, got a real good look at a buncha unamused and obvioulsy prepared folk..never even stopped. They even forgot to light the big cross they'd prepped for the nights spoiled festivities...

Hell, I ain't afraid to die, but there *are* some things I'm afraid to live through.
Being armed with a firearm guarantees that whoever comes knocking can "take it dead", if need be. I'd hate to live long enough to...well, there are some things
a man or woman just shouldn't have to know, though specific things only apply to each sex, of course. :(

The assault weapon ban was total BS.

The crime rate is at a 30(?) year low! I think the politicans should declare victory and leave the gun control issue alone.

When the right wing revolution comes they will take our weapons too. Too easy for them to be used in a labor dispute against the korporate bosses that will fund the revolution. Everyone will be allowed enough money for food, one condobox apartment, a TV set with 3000 cable narcotic channels and a computer and credit card.
