How many Fisk Bowies?

Can someone tell me how many of each of the four different handle material, 7", Camillus Fisk Bowies were manufactured?

I have:
1. CF0201, 7", Fiddleback Maple, 500 made
2. CF0203, 7" Desert Ironwood, 500 made
3. CF0204S, 7", Bubinga, 300 made (AG Russell exclusive)
4. CF0205, 7", Amboyna Burl, 125 made
5. CF0301, 11", Fiddleback Maple, 750 made
6. CF0303, 11", Desert Ironwood, 750 made

I find it curious that they "skipped" CF0202 and CF0302 in their model number sequence.

There was also CF0205, which was handled in Amboyna. I have no idea what the CF0202 could have been unless it was the Southwest Bowie with the Fiddleback Maple scales.

4) 7" d.i., 500
5) 7" amboyna, 300 (I think)
6) 7" bubinga, 125 (I think I remember reading this on the ag russell site)
