Josh, help me; when I plugged my camera into the computer, it did not recognize a signal was coming in, even though I have two seperate programs that should be able to handle this. What went wrong? I used a USB port.

Oh, and as for the guy in the photo? I think he's done a lot of Mescaline.

Way of the Goggle?! I don't know about that, but I wish you'd at least have the decency to admit you're copying my hairstyle--of course by my standards you need a haircut;)

The True Believers of the Goggles will remember...always.

The Goggles are not a vacation or a "phase." The Goggles are neither the beginning of the journey, nor its destination. The Goggles merely are.

Munk, goto Walmart and get a memory card reader to plug into your USB port. Then you don't have to keep plugging in your camera (won't wear out the little port), and you don't have to have ANY special software!!! Additionally they are CHEAP!!! Much easier than going through the camera, and associated software. Smaller to pack too, and can be used on any PC with a USB port.

munk, sorry, I've no clue. Our camera came as part of a nifty package with this little loading dock thingie. You set the camera on it and say, "Open the pod bay doors, HAL," and it does its thing. Transfers pics over to the computer automatically, prints out pics, recharges the batteries in the camera. Very convenient. Anyway, as a result, I've not used the USB cable yet. Somebody here should be able to answer your question though. You should probably post what type of camera you have as well I'd think.

Munk?

I'm assuming that you're using Windows. (If you weren't, the camera would have worked the first time. ;) ) If that's the case, try rebooting the computer with and without the camera plugged in. Sometimes Windows gets stupid. Consider a reboot the computer version of smacking someone in the head. Check the connections again too.

Thanks for the good advice, Guys.
(hey- isnt it great to have Josh back and saying things like, "Open the pod bay doors, HAL." ???)

DAae Rishar,
When I saw your photo and spiritual commentary over the Goggles, I asked myself, "What would I do if I were taking a bath and that apparition rose from the water?"
