HOW MANY knives do you have?

I'm kinda new here, reading the board for just a few months, but I've noticed many threads like: your five all-time favorites, favorite spiderco or SAK, etc. - it seems everyone here owns a whole bunch of knives!

So, I would like to know how many knives you people actually have! (if it's not TOO hard to count them ;-) )

Something like xx folders, xx fixed, xxx total; or even more detailed (xx SAKs, xx spydies, xx BMs etc.)

I only have several Victorinox SAKs (one of each size 58, 84, 91, 111mm) that I like very much, and the latest addition: Spyderco Dyad Jr. - very handy little piece of art.

(not for too long ---> Fallkniven F1 is on the way, and soon BM730 or such, when I finally decide)

I have twelve production folders from Victorinox, Gerber, Buck, Kershaw, Benchmade, Boker, Spyderco, and Leatherman. A set of Wusthof Grand Prix forged Kitchen Cutlery. And Nineteen custom fixed blades, including six made by ABS Mastersmiths Winkler, Crowell, Tomes, and Caffrey. I own one Buster Warenski skinner, and other knives by Perry, Denning, Persson, Morgan, Hembrook, Derr, and Lovestrand. I own exactly One custom folder, and exquisite damascus and mammoth ivory lock back folder made by Daniel Winkler. I have a Lovestrand fixed blade and a Tim Herman Sliver on order.

I also have over 60 different edged wood carving tools, but I don't think they count here.

So, the grand total comes to 12 production knives (all but one folders), 20 custom knives (only one folder), and 2 custom blades on order (one fixed, one folder).

Not nearly enough I think.....

24 beat up pocketknives,three fixed blade knives,several new Schrades and seven multi-tools.

102 hand and benchmades. At least as many production folders and straight knives.

22 production knives after a year of accumulating. Custom knife budget will be about $400 per year.

Let's see...
5 Victorinox SAKs, 4 Wenger SAKs, 1 Bucklite, 1 Schrade LB7, 1 Case Sharktooth, 1 Schrade Outback, 1 Normark fillet knife, 1 Camillus auto, 1 Camillus Levrlok, 3 fixed-blade knives, 1 butterfly-knife, 2 big Gurkas, and 6 various other pocket-knives (stockmans, trapper, peanuts), 2 box-cutters, and 3 "stanley utility knives" (aka sheetrock blades).
Total= 33 (and I've probably forgotten one or two).
 
Between knives,swords and straight razors its getting near 300 pieces. Compared to others here a very modest collection.

Well let's see hear...there's the large and small Sebenzas, large and small micarta Calypsos, Matriarch, G-10 Navigator, a handful of traditional patterns, a Neil Blackwood small hunter, and a Spyderco Moran. That comes out to 12.

11 Benchmades (and counting), 1-Boker top lock, 1-Buck folder, 1- Large Sebenza, 2-Commanders, 1- butterfly, 1-Sifu, 5 or 6 SAK's, 29 Spyderco's, 2- Leatherman's, a couple fixed blades and a half dozen forgetable models for a total as of today of 61.
Ya know, before I jotted all this down, I did'nt think I had a problem...

I have 3 Syderco folders, 2 Buck folders, 1 Camillus fixed and 5 throwing knives by Gil Hibben.
In the next while I will also hve a Sebenza and hopefully a Kit Carson M16A1.
 
19 custom fixed blades (all drop point hunters) from Hossum (1), Griffith (4), Blackwood (4), Lamey (1), Ridley (1), Schott (1), Irie (3), Denning (3), and Easler (1). OK, some are still on order, but they're MINE, I tell you, ALL MINE!!!
I have 1 multi-tool (Wave), 5 production folders (one is a customized Commander and one's a small Sebenza-both technically "semi-custom"), and one auto (DA-Socom).
I also have a Gerber Sport-Axe and a Buck Nighthawk in the truck.

Annual knife budget is "officially" $0, but somehow I keep getting more knives...

30-something. Mostly production folders, though some fixed blades (big khukuris, Chris Reeve, Busse, throwers, bayonets) and balisongs (BM 42, 42A on order). One ultra-cute spyderco mini police tie clip.

Lets see..

1 spydreco delica ( in peices, now flat ground, soon to have cocobolo scales and stainless liners)
1 craftsmen stock knife ( my first knife)
1 large trapper pattern folder I made out of a kit
1 pukko style knife I made
1 henckels carving knife (not the good henckels)
1 diobsud forge carving knife
set of 3 frosts of sweden sloyd knives
2 swiss made carving knives
That brings the total to 11 if you don't count the peices and parts I've got for a few more folders I'm making.
I also have about 13 different gouges and chisels for carving and a set of 3 X acto knives with different tips.
Pretty small collection compared to some here but lots more than most of the people I know
