How many of you EDC a "survival" knife? Fixed? Folding?

*I mean more along the lines of a heavy-duty knife, something tough.*

Half of my place of employments' 10 acres is a field, forest, and there is a pond next door surrounded by woods.

Never knowing if I'm going to be required to, or just feel like, taking a hike out back I always keep a Bravo 1 nearby. It's the smallest fixed blade that has always been capable of everything I've needed to do.

Yes there is...if you remember this:

Just remember to carry your brain along with your knife, and it becomes a survival knife.

Depends how I'm dressed really..as most days I edc a Spyderco Persistence, a BK11 (fixed) or an Opinel no.7. I just ordered a DPX Hest 2.0 (early b-day present) and will edc that for a little while. I would consider the HEST an actual "survival" (my brain included lol) type folder though.
