Yes, I've got the ATS34 version. I actually prefer its closed or "full" frame over the open frame (aka skeleton frame) design on the Tempest - although both are great knives. The size and weight are good for a medium type knife. Not too small, not too big. The Rush is smaller than I'd like for an EDC, while the Sirus and Tempest are more comfortable in my bigger hands. I also really like that I can lock it closed as well as open so there's no accidental in-pocket openings. The assisted-open mechanism is smooth but not as fast as the one on the Rush - but we're talking milliseconds here.
