How many people now carry because of you?

A friend of mine now carries, as does my dad, and I've gotten a lot of people interested in knives, or at least more knowledgeable about them.

I started carrying different knives out of my collection to work all the time. At roll call most would say, what are you carrying today? I would show off the knife, and explain the little differences, and why this one cost's x dollars compared to the last one. One by one they would ask for advise on what kind of knives to buy. Now it seems that everyone on my shift carries a knife. They havn't seen my new SW LCC yet. I just know they will love that. the only problem is I don't rotate my knives anymore. You can thank Microtech for that though. LONG LIVE THE LCC!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't convinced anybody to carry knives, but 3 people that I know now carry Leatherman Micra's on their keychain after they saw mine.

My mom: Leatherman Micra and Classic SAK, both gifts from me. She likes the scissors to trim her nails and cut string and stuff..

Actually everyone in my family carries to some extent, but since I'm the youngest I don't suppose I get any credit for that.. My brother and I used to get each other knives for christmas. My sister carries a spyderco ladybug.

One of my friends carries a Spyderco Native that I loaned, then gave to her. She said she took it out this weekend and showed it to some of her other friends, who remarked, "wow, that's a big knife!" She said she thought that was funny, especially considering the collection of 15"-30" khukuris I have lying around my room.

Sold one of my co-workers the Benchmade mel pardue I accidentally scratched up, presumably he's carrying it now..

I gave one of my roommates a gerber multi-tool for her birthday, I'll probably get her a nice lightweight one-hander for Christmas. My other roommate is most likely getting a spydie endura since he can't stop playing with the broken one I have lying on our coffee table... of course, then he'll probably just start eyeing up my model 42...

Seems like Spydies make good "gateway drugs", in my experience...

My two boys are definitely following in Dad's footsteps and my youngest daughter (9) loves her mother of pearl knives. They are all knife knutts and believe everyone should be.

I gave my brother my Timberline Aviator that keeps him company when he is out on the river night fishing, it is also his truck companion. I bought my best friend an Emerson La Griffe which he is always wearing. It is comforting knowing that they have quality tools on hand if they need them.

I've been carrying my oldest knife, a Spyderco Endura, for over 7 years. I have been a big fan from day one and since then have explored other good brands as well.

I bought both my brothers (Delicas) and my dad (Endura) a Spyderco each. My twin brother only owns that one knife, but he carries it every day. The rest use theirs once in a while around the house.

I have managed to convert many carriers to Spyderco. People at work are always wanting to know what knife I have today. There's also a guy at the office who asks for my advice whenever purchasing a blade or firearm.

I would be promoting Benchmade, but they are MAJOR expensive here and they are not readily available throughtout the country.
