I wonder if you may just as well wonder how many grains of sand are in the Sahara desert?
I do know that it's been at least a half a dozen years since Knife World had an article on Victorinox, and stated that they were making 35 million knives a year at that time. Being as how they go back to 1890, I can only wonder if they passed the billion mark someplace along the way?
Doesn't it seem like we would be literally wading through SAKs by now. I know they get lost, broken, thrown away, etc. but they are not consumed. The steel, cellidor, etc is still around somewhere.
