How many times has Kershaw won "Knife of the Year"?

Do subcategory "knives of the year" count? I just bought a ZT0561 which I think was "best collaboration."
Also, do gifted Kershaw knives count? (I mean Kershaws that I've given as gifts, not that were given me.)

Sorry to burst some oso sweet bubbles, but the TILT didn't win 2010 knife of the year. It was the American Designed knife of the year. The over-all winner was the Chris Reeves Ti-Lock. This is likewise with the speedform in 2009.
